We ship across Italy and Europe.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days from the date of shipment.

Please note that during busy periods (such as sales, holidays, or new collection launches), delivery times may be slightly longer.

We ship using reliable carriers such as Poste Italiane, BRT, and other trusted logistics partners.

The carrier is selected based on the destination and service availability to ensure the most efficient delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery in real time.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the package may be held at a local facility or returned to us.

Any additional shipping costs for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
